Why do I need a Ragnabox?
Ragnabox contains everything you need to survive in a variety of situations. It is a box that will save your life by equipping you with important survival skills and tools as well as help your sanity remain intact with the information inside the box. It keeps you prepared and ready.
How often will I receive my Ragnabox?
You can pick out a subscription plan of your choosing to have your Ragnabox delivered to you every three months; on quarterly basis.
How do I subscribe to Ragnabox?
All you need to do is create an account on our website, select your favorite subscription plan and place an order for a quarterly Ragnabox subscription. If you are still confused about the process or details our customer service team is at your disposal 24/7 to answer all of your queries.
Why haven’t I received my Ragnabox yet?
We ship your Ragnabox on the 15th of each month based on the terms of your reoccurring purchase. If you purchase a one time kit, we will have that shipped out to you within a week of your order. This does not include our COVID-19 Survival Kit, which will only ship out on the 15th of each month. Late deliveries can sometimes occur if there is an error in the shipping address or due to an issue with the mailing company. We request our amazing customers to ensure that there are no mistakes in your shipping address for a timely delivery.
Do You Deliver outside the USA?
While our operations are limited to America right now, we are working to make our services globally accessible in the near future. As soon as we start shipping internationally, we will make sure to announce it on our website and social media, so stay tuned!
Do I need to renew my subscription?
Your subscription is automatically renewed every three months to ensure that you always have your survival gear ready to go!
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. Log into your profile, go to your personal information, and under the subscription setting, select ‘cancel’ to cancel your subscription. You can log back into your account to continue your subscription at any time.
Is it possible to get a refund?
You can cancel your subscription any time you like but refunding your Ragnabox once it has been delivered to you is unfortunately not possible and against company policy.
Is it safe to put my billing information on the Ragnabox website?
All the information you put on the Ragnabox website is completely protected. We believe in safeguarding your privacy at all times. It is absolutely safe to put your billing information on our website. Your privacy is our utmost priority.
When do I get billed?
We offer quarterly subscriptions. You can decide to get billed for the whole year or we can bill you on the 1st of every 3rd month before we mail you your Ragnabox.
